I’m unable to sign in to my account.

  • Have you registered your account? Accounts are not registered automatically. If you have not registered on our website, close the form and click “REGISTER” to set up your online account.
  • You may be trying to sign in with a different email address than the one you connected with your account. Double check that you are using the correct email address.
  • You may have forgotten your password. If so, click “Forgot Password?” and you will be able to reset your password.

 

I’m trying to reset my password and I’m receiving an error message saying “Either the Email or Password were incorrect”.

I did not receive the email prompting me to reset my password.

  • If you are still on the Forgot Password page, you can click the button to “RESEND EMAIL”
  • Check that you are using the email address you associated with your account. Note: email addresses can only have one account associated with them. If you share your email address with another patron, only one of you will be able to use that email with this system.
  • Check your email Spam or Junk folders. The email will be coming from no-reply@livech.com.

 

I’m trying to register, but I’m receiving an error message saying “There was an error with your registration. Either your birthdate does not match your Live! Rewards® Card registration info, or your account is already registered. Please review your information and try again, or try logging in below.”

  • Check that you have entered your date of birth in this format: Mo/Dy/Year and it is the correct date of birth.
  • Check that Your email address is the same in both sections.
  • Check that Your password is at least 10 characters long and is the same in both sections.
  • You may have already registered your account, try signing in.
