Nancy Myshko Named Vice President of Human Resources for Live! Casino & Hotel
Live! Casino & Hotel, one of the largest commercial casinos in the country, located in the Washington DC/Baltimore corridor, announced today the appointment of Nancy Myshko as the new Vice President of Human Resources.
In her new role, Ms. Myshko will be responsible for leading all aspects of staffing and recruiting for Live! Casino & Hotel, including driving change initiatives to enhance leadership and team member onboarding. She will manage employee relations, benefits, training and development, as well as handle all standard operating procedures and policies. Ms. Myshko will also oversee the guest service-oriented company culture, which will include continued implementation of team-wide involvement in community relations efforts.
With over 30 years’ experience, Ms. Myshko has held leadership positions in both operational and executive management roles within the hospitality and gaming industry. Prior to joining Live! Casino & Hotel, she was the Senior Vice President at Delaware Park Casino located in Wilmington, DE. In her role she was responsible for the Human Resources, Slot Operations, Risk Management, Employee Development, Environmental Services, Pari-Mutuel/Sports Betting, Food & Beverage, Transportation and Security departments. Ms. Myshko also held previous roles at the Holiday Inn City Line Hotel, the Sheraton Society Hill Hotel, and the Four Seasons Hotel in Philadelphia, PA. as well the Americana Great Gorge Resort in McAfee, NJ.
