Our parking garage is now open to public, however with limited capacity that will enhance social distancing and help ensure the safety of all our guests. Regardless of the capacity restriction our Chairman, Jade, and Black club members will always be granted access to the garage at all times. When you are in the garage and use our elevators, please remember to practice social distancing. Thank you!
Valet remains closed until further notice. This includes valet services outside The Prime Rib, The Hotel and on the second floor of the parking garage.
Elevators to The Hotel will serve as the main entry point for customers parking in the garage. Please practice 6ft social distancing when entering in Elevators. Only groups travelling together allowed in the elevator at the same time.
Upon arrival, each ticketed guest will queue for screening before being admitted to the casino. Guests are required to maintain social distancing and follow instructions from Live! team members. Please have your ticket and ID ready for screening.
Chairman’s Club, Jade Card, Black Card, Platinum Card or Gold Card Live! Rewards members may arrive at any entrance without a reservation as long as they have their card.
While on property, all guests will be required to wear a mask securely covering their mouth and nose. For security purposes, guests may be asked to show their face without a covering once upon entering.
A non-contact temperature check will be conducted on all guests entering the property. If your temperature is 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher, you will not be admitted into the casino. Any person displaying flu-like symptoms will be asked to leave the premise and return when you’re healthy.
For the safety of all our guests and team members, an enhanced health and sanitation program has been developed from guidance by the CDC, Johns Hopkins University and the State of Maryland. Please adhere to all signs and communication from Live! Team Members.
You may see Live! team members cleaning the facility. Please give them space to safely disinfect contacted areas.
Limited dine-in service and takeout will be offered at The Prime Rib, Luk Fu and Orchid Kitchen. All other outlets will remain closed until further notice.
Orchid Gaming & Smoking Patio
Orchid will remain open under the same social distancing and cleaning guidelines as the casino.
Guests can order a beverage directly to their game via the Live! Rewards mobile app. Casino bars will also be available for walkup service.
