Group Reservation Procedures:
- Reservations must be made by the transportation company by completing the online group registration form below.
- A confirmation code will be given at time of registration; this code ONLY confirms that request was received.
- Approval or denial will be sent to the transportation company by email within 72 hours; if approved, they will receive a finalized trip date, arrival/departure times, arrival code and incentive package details, if applicable.
- Arrival code, incentive package and other pertinent information will be forwarded to the transportation company once all completed paperwork has been finalized and availability has been determined.
- It is the responsibility of the Transportation Company to convey all group reservation rules, procedures, incentive package information, and the arrival code to their client.
- Reservation dates and times are subject to availability; may exclude weekends, holidays, and peak periods. Incentives not offered after 2:00PM Saturday. Deviation in schedule may result in forfeiture of group incentive. Arrival code must be presented upon arrival.
- Offers/incentive packages are based on criteria which include, but are not limited to the following: analysis, frequency of visitation, distance traveled, date of trip, and procedure compliance.
- Management reserves the right to change, alter or cancel any program/incentive package without notice.
- Transportation Company must be registered with Live! Casino & Hotel and have a valid , with proper wording, on file.
- If company “sub-contracts” or “farms out” trip, Live! Casino & Hotel must have the sub-contracted company’s valid Certificate of Insurance on file, prior to arrival, in order for the group to be eligible for the incentive package.
- The bus group must have 40 or more guests and stay for at least 4 hours to receive an incentive. The group leader will get an additional $25 Free Slot Play if they submit a manifest prior to the trip. One group leader incentive per bus; no exceptions. Group Leader Incentives vary based upon procedure compliance and amount of information provided; to receive the full incentive, the manifest should include, Live! Rewards® Card number (if already a member) and/or DOB. Additionally, the manifest should be forwarded to the Bus Marketing Department at least seven (7) days prior to arrival.
- Finalized arrival code must be presented upon arrival. No code - no incentive – no exceptions.
- Visitors must be 21 to enter Casino, present a valid State approved ID, and become a Live! Rewards® Club member to be eligible for group incentive. Limit of one incentive per person, per group, per day. Bus incentives cannot be combined with other free slot play offers and/or promotions.
- Bus incentives may not be combined with the new member offer and/or other free slot play offers.
- Off-site bus parking will be required Friday-Sunday; driver meal and free slot play will be provided for the inconvenience.

- Each submission will be carefully reviewed and the transportation company will be contacted once the request has been finalized. Please allow 72 hours for processing.
