Your individual Win/Loss Statements are available for the last three (3) years of your gaming history, and can be quickly downloaded online in the My Live! Rewards Portal.

For faster and more convenient service, we recommend that you utilize your Live Rewards® Account Portal to access this information.

Please be advised that mail-in requests are processed in the order they are received and will take up to fifteen (15) business days to be fulfilled.

I still prefer to mail in a request: in this case, you will need to either pick up a request form at the Live! Rewards® Club, Cashiers Cage, or download the form here. Please fill out the form completely, including your signature and date.
